90 Days: Start Your Healthy Spiral

Everything that the 30-Day program has to offer with the addition of; More Time! 1) Ability to analyze and process the areas of change desired in a thorough way. Direct results that are scrutinized in the one-on-one sessions thoroughly. 2) Pattern recognition that can be put into action with feedback opportunities. As you learn what it is you need to do for goal completion, this is then practiced in the "real world" and brought back for debriefing. 3) Live video analysis examining focus areas- Ex: Home, gym, work, shopping, etc. We will do live walk arounds of specific areas of your life as you and I see fit. I can gauge your life better for a more complete action plan. Ex: I can accompany you at the gym or the store via video for support and education. 4) Completion of a Personal Project. 3 months is long enough to see results and have the ability to modify and test out what is and what is not, working. We will set this goal/accomplishment/project/dream/etc. in motion at the initial meeting and after 90 days, this will be presented to me in a mini dissertation type experience. 5) Learn to recognize the "outside players" and their influences. As the world truly does have a group running things, we will have the time to look at this factor and its influence on your life. Maybe the reason you have not been able to have your dreams fulfilled, is actually because of systemic design. A cultural detox is a way to look at it! 6) Movement Pattern Education: Learn fitness on a whole other level, no matter your current level. Weightlifting to tree climbing, yes, you read that right! When you move more naturally, you gain an interesting recovery that makes even walking more enjoyable. 7) Bigger Ship and Map Building: With more time comes the opportunity to learn these techniques in a comprehensive way. You can get the feedback through a several month analyses from different modalities. 8) More Group Time: Gain an unseen secret, the power of others on self!
