Yes, the almighty addiction life! Guess what, we all have one. Some might even be hidden from self, and actually what is destroying you from the inside out. What you get with this plan: - A weekly check-in with the opportunity for direct contact with me, if desires arise in-between our scheduled meetings. - Information that will help you to learn about what dis-ease really is, and how addictions operate inside of us both mentally and physically. - Group membership with other people in the program that you can collaborate with. Networking with similar minded and goal-oriented people, allows for healthy accountability. - No matter the type of addiction (drugs/alcohol, shopping, sex, sugar, drama, etc.), we learn how to not just cope with our "problems" but live with a sense of purpose and meaning. Coping = not real healing! - We dissect what addictions are really hiding and the reason as to why they are here in the first place. - You will discover how this world is run and managed, and how that affects your ability to live without a distraction (addiction). - A fitness and nutrition plan will be developed as well. We use the trinity approach to everything, as to not miss areas of growth (education & talk therapy, movement & fitness, and eating/water consumptions). - You will reevaluate your life goals; What does Peter really want to do when they grow up and leave Neverneverland?! - Addictions, no matter what they are, become a replacement and escape. We learn in this program the real reason why they emerged and continue to dominate our lives. - Self- Mastery can be learned much quicker than we have been taught and led to believe. 90 days is plenty long enough to be able to realize this untapped potential. - Converting the energetic reservoirs inside to creations outside, is truly transformative, that we all can and will do at some point in our life.
