An ongoing, 3-months (can be longer) of intimate and direct coaching, instructing, and guiding to accomplish what you so desire to have when it comes to "getting in shape". - A one-on-one check in, where we talk about the last week, and make a plan for the upcoming one. - The ability to contact me directly if you are having problems or troubles with the plan. More importantly, if that pesky old manager of your brain sneaks in and says to quit, you call me, and we put that fool to rest (with respect of course). - We learn the 5 Prong approach to movement: Strength, Flexibility, Stamina, Agility, & Balance. Most think of just gaining muscle or losing weight, but what if I were to tell you that it is the totality of movement that is needed for physical health. - Thorough assessment to your plan, which includes The Movement for Life intake. - We develop a plan that is tailored to you for the specific goals that are desired from a fitness standpoint. It will be one that can be adhered to and accomplished with "hard work ease"! - Create a working knowledge to fitness that you can take out on your own, and not rely on a trainer to keep you motivated and as the plan creator. - The opportunity to have a live video workout session; While you are at home/gym/park, I can tutor and instruct as you progress through the session, making corrections and lending motivations as needed. - All barriers, or excuses, are going to be abolished. The old self-worth and values of failure, diminish with physical work and guidance of acceptance and encouragement. - At the end of the program a small test to see if you paid attention over the last 13 weeks. - Presentation to the next 3 months; Share a plan you design that will be your next workout. An ownership of self and life unfolds, meaning that you are in charge of your destiny. - Graduate with honors, and never need a personal trainer again, except when needed for periodic advancement. - A new body = more exploration in life!
